6th Grade had a special little visitor today!



1st grade worked on helping Mr. Turkey by disguising him so he won’t be ate for Thanksgiving supper.

We ended the week with a stem challenge. The students had to build a Native American house using straws, paper, popsicle sticks and tape.




The students had fun learning how to play a traditional Dakota & Ojibwe Game called Moccasin.

Due to the impending winter weather headed towards the area, there will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow, November 10th, 2022 at Gackle-Streeter Public School.

Reminder that FFA Fruit and Pizza sales are going on this week. All orders must be in by Midnight November 14. Please contact the school if you have not been contacted and someone will call you. We did have some students graduate and want to make sure that everyone gets covered.
Mrs. Hatlewick and the FFA presented our Assistant Cook— Karen Batsch with a check from their Fall Carnival and Silent Auction. Keep fighting the fight Karen- We can’t wait to have you back. Our gym was full of love and support this morning to a lady who has dedicated so much to this school.
